Adding New Projects
If you’d like to track more than 3 projects, you’ll need to complete a few steps for each one if you want to see stats for your new project.

- [ ] Create a new tag in the
Project property of the Word Count Logs DB.
- [ ] Create a new page for the project in the .
- [ ] Update the database templates and buttons to ensure the new Project Stats page is linked to any new Word Count Logs you create.
- [ ] Duplicate one of your existing project dashboards and customize it with database filters and stats views for that project.
- [ ] Create a tab/database view for the new project on your homepage.
- [ ] Add a link to the new project dashboard page to your navigation bar.

DB Maintenance Tables
Both databases include a “maintenance table”:
This is a dedicated space where you can maintain the pages within your databases without changing anything in your other board views. It’s particularly useful for:
- searching for a specific page
- temporarily toggling on properties you don’t want to show in other database views
- ensuring all properties are tagged correctly for each Word Count Log and Writing Stats page
- mass-deleting or mass-updating pages
